2015 William Church Cabernet Sauvignon
Always a winemaker favorite, Cabernet Sauvignon is arguably one of the driving forces behind Washington wine. Sourced from some cooler climate sites, this example maintains great natural acidity allowing it to pair with many dishes. Rich on the palate and finish, this is a true testament to the essence of the state. Blended with a small amount of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc for complexity and length, this wine is designed to reflect the vineyards, and the love that is Cabernet Sauvignon. Blackberry, huckleberry, baking spice, toffee, clove, plum, crushed rock, chewy and bright on palate with a long caramel finish.
