How was it made? Carefully crafted, 23% whole berry, aged for 17 months in French oak, 65% which was new.
What does it taste like? Plum, cherry. anise, and faint cloves highlight the plush body and balances lingering acidity and tannin.
Pairings? Steak, roasted fall vegetables, roast pork.
