Sourced from Shaw, Dalee and Quinn Vineyards, this 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot blend is a bold expression of Red Mountain's terroir. Opening up with intense deep red fruit and herbal aromatics that hint at the wave of flavors to emerge on the palate. Flavors of ripe black cherry, spicy red current, and savory herbs coat the palate and remain present for a long finish. This wine will reward a little patience as the flavors and texture continues to develop, but can be enjoyed now with some aeration. Drink now thru 2030.
