for structure, aromatics and flavors for this blend.
What is it? 57% Merlot & 43% Cabernet Franc
Our Tasting Notes: Opening with blueberry and savory herb notes surrounded by black cherry and fruit leather on the palate, finishing with hints of blueberry jam and licorice.
Suggested Pairings: Steak Frites, Pasta with a mushroom ragu.
