2020 Tinte Cellars Viognier

What is it? 100% Viognier, pronounced “vee-ahn-YAY”

How did we make it? Sourced from two different vineyards, this wine was whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel and concrete to preserve aromatics and enhance mouthfeel.

What does it taste like? Tropical aromas meld with violet and lychee enhancing flavors of lime, honeysuckle, and pear.

Pairings? Lobster, crab cakes, pate, asparagus, fried plantains.

2017 Tinte Cellars Bishop's Blend

What is it? 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Syrah, 8% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot

How was it made? Carefully crafted, aged for 17 months in French oak, 18% which was new.

What does it taste like? Aromas of dark fruit, violet, herbs, licorice, accentuate fruit and savory elements of the palate.

Pairings? Drink on its own or with grilled anything.

2017 Tinte Cellars William Church Red Blend

What is it? 61%Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 8% Malbec, 5%Cabernet Franc

How did we make it? During fermentation must caps were punched down twice daily. 43% of the wine aged in new French oak.

What does it taste like? Aromas of toffee over red fruit, cedar, and tea leaves. The dynamic structure of the wine allows for aging or enjoyment now.

Pairings? Braised meat, roast vegetables, richly spiced food

2017 Tinte Cellars Syrah

What is it?  100% Syrah

How was it made?  Primarily native fermentation with whole clusters included in ferments for structure.

What does it taste like?  Black currant, crushed rock, white pepper, orange zest, smoked meat, a rich palate of savory raspberry with a long finish.

Pairings?  Grilled pizza, charcuterie, smoked meat.

2017 Tinte Cellars Malbec

What is it? 100% Malbec

How was it made?  Sourced entirely from Gamache Vineyard, this wine spent 15 months in French oak, 36% which was new.

What does it taste like?  Currant, white pepper, cedar, violet, candied blackberry, with a long, elegant finish, good acidity with ample structure.

Pairings?  Steak, empanadas, anything braised

2017 Tinte Cabernet Sauvignon

What is it?  90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc.

How was it made?  Carefully crafted, 23% whole berry, aged for 17 months in French oak, 65% which was new.

What does it taste like?  Plum, cherry. anise, and faint cloves highlight the plush body and balances lingering acidity and tannin.

Pairings?  Steak, roasted fall vegetables, roast pork.

What is it?  88% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot.

How was it made?  Carefully crafted and aged for 15 months in French oak, 32% which was new.

What does it taste like?  Ripe plum, boysenberry, dusted violet, and clove lead to a rich toffee core with a smooth blackberry finish.

Pairings?  Roast chicken, pork tenderloin, spring risotto.

2017 Tinte Cuillin Hills Blend

What is it?  63% Syrah, 22% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre.

How was it made?  Mostly fermented natively with some whole clusters to shape tannic structure and preserve fruit aromas.

What does it taste like?  Aromas of raspberry, blackberry, and petrichor enhance red fruit and raspberry flavor of this medium bodied wine, with well-balanced acidity and tannin.

Pairings?  Duck, roast chicken, salmon, vegetable tart.
