2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our inaugural Red Mountain AVA Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from four celebrated vineyards (Quintessence, Dalee, Quinn and Shaw 32). Red Mountain is hailed as one of the premier Washington AVA's for Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2019 harvest brought ideal conditions, allowing for a long growing season and incredible fruit development. Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon (95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot) boasts bold dark red fruit notes in the nose and on the palate. The structure showcases a bold mouthfeel with deep red cherry, currant, cassis, cigar-box and baking spice notes. A long, lingering finish with hints of vanilla rewards each sip and beckons the next taste. Drink now through 2030.
