Our Tasting Notes: Aromas of candied cherry and strawberry are supported by petrichor. Ripe raspberries and rhubarb turn to dryer red fruit, with well-balanced acidity and mild, grippy tannin.

Suggested Pairings: Duck, salmon, chocolate, or enjoy as a night-cap.

What is it? 100% Mourvèdre

Our Tasting Notes: Aromas of dark cherries, dried fruit and coffee are the first to great you. The pallet has a savory core that carries on with fig, plum and rootbeer. The wine has a medium finish highlighted by earthiness, dry herbs, and a small nip of peppercorn.

Suggested Pairings: Grilled meat, barbeque, charcuterie

What is it? 100% Cabernet Franc.

Our Tasting Notes: A fruitful and savory wine characterized by an herbacious nose with blueberry and coco powder to support. The palate has hints of peppercorn and boysenberry, and finishes like a baked blueberry pie.
